Baby Shower Time!

This blog is a tribute to my good friend Rachel who is currently pregnant. She had her husband have been married for 7 years, going on 8 this month. They are excited to be having a baby boy here due on Christmas day! Very exciting. So my friend Veronica and I hosted a baby shower for Rachel.

This is the first time that I have hosted a baby shower, and it was pretty fun!

So here are some fun pics:

The project that we did was an idea I got at one of my cousins showers...I think it was Felicity...anyways, they had puff paints out so everyone could decorate a onesies however they wanted.

I thought it would be fun to put a pic of everyone who decorated a onesie.

So this is Amy...she wrote, Made in Japan...which was my favorite onesie of the day.

It's funny because it's actually after Rachel and her hubby got back from Japan that she found out she was pregnant...haha....; )

I was surprised at how creative all of these ladies were! They thought of the funnest things to write on these onesies...so I just had to share! I thought that was a really fun project to do, and for Rachel to have!

This was a cool gift that our friend Amy gave Rachel, so I just had to show it real quick.

She had a hamper, and inside she made the clothes line with stages of the baby growing, so that Rachel will have newborn-youngster clothes. very cute idea!

These are the wonderful ladies that we went to Dental Hygiene school with. It was fun, because we havent seem much of eachother since we took our state board exam in March. So it ended up being like a mini reunion (10 out of 30 in our class...pretty good) . Of course we were there to celebrate Rachels baby, but it was also exciting to talk about where everyone is working now, and how things are in other parts of California. So that was pretty cool. These girls were so nice to travel from near and far to come and have some fun with us. It was a blast!!!
