YUM! The best part about Halloween! We must eat all of these ourselves, because we gave out all the candy at the trunk or treat and didnt save any for ourselves...oops! So now we get to eat all the cupcakes I made...so 24 divided by 2...yup, 12 cupcakes a piece....or whoever eats them all first!
This is Alex and I being AWESOME Jamaicans at the ward trunk or treat party!
We decorated our car/area with stuff Alex got in Jamaica on his mission. I think he had way too much fun chillin there like a Jamaican as he had Reggae music playing while kids came up to get candy!
I was having a blast too!
And to finish off our lovely Halloween(technically the night before).... We stopped by my parents house to visit since the night was still young. My dad says, did you get your jury summons? I thought he was joking. I still get lots of mail sent to their house and they leave it on a shelf by the door for me. Sure enough, hiding on top....my FIRST ever Jury Summons!
I'd say I'm pretty lucky...22 years old...that means I dodged it somehow for 4 years. Everyones turn comes around at some point, right? Of course, Alex mentioned he's never gotten one, and he's 24. Unpredictable stuff. So we will see how that goes....I don't go until the 24th.
We spent our actual Halloween night around our house getting Alex registered for the next semester of school, and trying to figure out what other classes he needs to graduate from Fresno City College. We also went to the movie theater over here in Clovis to get my ticket for Twilight! Yeah! And we got some ice cream at Maggie Moos....I know, its a total wanna-be-coldstone, and I am true and true Coldstone ice cream, but we've had this gift card since Christmas! It was crazy though because there was almost no one out in the area of the theater. Pretty crazy for a friday night. I guess with there being football games, and halloween, people just didnt go to the movies that night. Then we stayed up watching Survivor on our computer because we missed it Thursday night. We've actually enjoyed keeping up with it this season. So thats about it for our Halloween 2008!

Your car was so cute! I was waiting for you all to dance with the music though...hahaha. In Maggy Moos defense they have the yummiest pistachio and dark choc ice cream with brownie mixed in. Yum! Cold Stone is AWESOME though.
