Happy New Year...Chinese that is...

Well Well, Here I am!
Yes it has been way too long.... If I just waited 2 more days it would be the chinese new year.
So let's see...

New Year's was fun. We got together with some couples and played some ROCK BAND! We also enjoyed a great board game our friends created...I can't wait until the Kraucyk's sell the idea, so we can own a copy for ourselves. We had a great time with some of our best friends from church.

Wendy had a birthday, which called for some more fun times. We've been playing a lot of games with the holidays....some particular favorites being "Imagine If" and also "Loaded Questions". It was just great being together.

There was also some excitement recently, my friend Rachel and her hubby Brandon had their first little boy on the 30th. They named him Urijah Kale Hiroshi Coleman. And he is a cutie! He was born 9lbs 2oz. 21inches long! So here are some pics with the cute boy...

I am glad that I got to see them a few times because after having the baby on the 30th, they moved Texas on the 16th..woah! So we also had some fun helping pack, and Alex helped Brandon load up their uhaul. I had lots of fun holding little Urijah. We sure will miss them, but it will give us a reason to travel to Texas.

Our next fun for the month was getting sick. I really wouldn't consider it fun....especially since we are still feeling it. Alex had it worse than I did, the really bad sore throat, lost his voice for a few days, and had some weird cough attacks right when we would get in bed at night that would then keep him up longer. I just keep getting headaches and sore throats, which is no fun either. We have been trying to relax this weekend so hopefully that means we should both be all better soon.

Let's see....Alex has also started back at school. Another fun semester ahead. I've been buying books on Amazon to save some money, and also been selling some back on there. The school never seems to give back a decent amount on textbooks....so I thought I'd give amazon a shot this time. I've sold 2 out of 9 so far...not too bad. I think I might have to lower some prices to actually get sales...we'll see.

Well I think we are going to be headed off this afternoon to go see a $3.00 movie...Quantum of Solace. It's been out forever now, and since we've waited so long it's finally at the three dollar theater which is cool. We hope all is well with everyone....more updates to come later!
