Looking back to dental hygiene school!

Well here comes post #2. You'll notice that I have taken a while to post this next one because I knew that it would be an overwhelming task. I happen to have this week off of work with it being the fourth of July, so this is why I found some time for a long post. After this, they should be shorter, I promise! Actually, probably not! I left off at the honeymoon...so let me being now with our many adventures after that. First of all, I am currently a dental hygienist, so I must post of course some pics from school because those were the very best of times!

This is our wonderful dental hygiene class of Jan. 2008. Notice that we had 6 guys in our class, the most guys they have ever had in the program at one time!

Here's a picture of us in the clinic just learning away!

We did many skits is school, a good way to learn, right?

These are my favorite girls in the world! They made hygiene school bearable! As you can see we just had way too much fun together!

My wonderful class even threw me a bridal shower before Alex and I got married. What great friends! And the cake was delicious!

Before we knew it school came to an end. We all passed our National Board exam, and were ready to graduate and find patients for our state boards in March.

Everyone at the pinning ceremony

My biggest support through school!

My Grandma Linda...ooh, and Matt

My good friends Auriel and Jess who came to support me! Thanks!
My wonderful hubby and siblings!
My Miller Family!

My Grandma and Grandpa Clinton who always support us!
Of course my wonderful parents, who co-signed my school loans! Thanks! I better not miss a payment. haha. They do so much more for me than that, they have offered encouragement and prayers all through my schooling!
My dear aunts, Suzy and Tammy! So nice of them to take off to be there!

And once again my wonderful friends, Veronica and Rachel.
Well that pretty much sums up Dental Hygiene School. We graduated in January, and took state boards in March in San Francisco, and nine days later found out that we passed! They tell you it takes 6 weeks for results, so after we found out in a week and a half, we were surprised and had to hop on the job hunt! Its been a really good experience, and I have been blessed with finding work in two good offices. One in Fresno, and one in Sanger. So I am a busy bee, working Monday thru Thursday. It is so fun to be in my career now, and feeling good about the work being done! I love it! Well after school was done I was a lot more fun to be around with that stress released. This is a long post, so I have to start a different one now, so that pretty much is all about my dental hygiene schooling.
