Thumbs up!

I am officially enjoying some days off!

So this week, I only had to work on Monday.

Tuesday was a day for spoiling myself, and it was GREAT!

First off, I've been dismissed from Jury Duty, all I had to do was call monday night, and tuesday night, and boom, my service is done! I guess it was the perfect week to get called!

Second, my wonderful friends Rachel and Veronica got me a very nice gift card to Massage Envy for my b-day back in June. So in July I went and got a massage, and then held off as long as I could, and then yesterday I went and used the rest of my gift card on another massage. I am so tempted to get a membership...just imagine, monthly massages! I won't do that though, because it would become quite expensive....

So yesterday, slept in, hung out with alex, got a massage, read some of my book, and then kresta and I went and got a manicure before she goes off to Hawaii.

I LOVE painting my nails, and growing them long...but unfortunately as a dental hygienist its not really a good thing to do...for sanitary reasons... so since I have a week off, I thought, why not splurge and paint my nails, and enjoy for a few days! So thanks Kresta for suggesting manicures, it was a fun treat!

Of course the people who gave us manicures were in a hurry or something, because it definitely didn't last long, and not much of a hand massage...but oh well. I guess I just got spoiled with the pedicures and manicures Terra used to give us....THANKS!
